Shipping Policy

We have changed our Shipping Terms. At one time, IHomeGrow did offer FREE Shipping on ALL orders within Canada. That has now changed to Shipping is FREE on select products that do not require LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipments. (The exception on this LTL policy is the ZipGrow Education Rack does ship Free to all Schools within Canada). Typically these types of LTL Shipments require mechanical means or more than one person to move the load, usually placed on a pallet. UPS, FedEx, and other similar providers do not fall under these conditions as a single person cannot lift and/or move the products in shipment.

We will strive to offer a competitive freight delivery method for each and every one of our customers. Our Vendors, Wholesalers, and IHomeGrow will work to the best of our abilities to provide YOU, the Customer, with a Shipment fee that meets everyone's requirements. Please inquire before ordering to discuss Shipment quotes and details. In certain cases, FREE Shipping may still be available for LTL Shipments.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will typically ship within three business days from the date of your order.

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to Canadian based customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping price quote for you upon Special Orders based on Quantity or Value. For those of you in Remote Areas such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Northern Quebec, and Labrador, we will have to discuss various shipping options for you via Phone call or emails. We will attempt to serve your shipping needs in the best way possible for your unique situations.

International Orders:

We only ship within the borders of Canada, and, therefore, shipping outside of Canada is not possible. If you want and need our product, we will ship to a physical location within Canada. You will be responsible for the rest of the journey to wherever you take them.

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries' electrical safety standards, but all of our products are certified to Canadian standards.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should document your findings by photos and/or notes at the time of delivery.

It is also acceptable to not accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery, you are required to immediately take photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
